Telescopic antenna for 2m / 70cm, SMA (F)

Telescopic antenna is a technology that combines the advantages of helical antennas (folded) and antennas for 1/4 or 1/2 length. Unfolded T-89s can operate in the band 400-480MHz as an 1/2 wavelenght antenna or within a band 136-1174MHz as a1/4 wavelenght antenna. This model provides 2.15dBi increase in 435MHz frequency which translates to nearly double "stronger" signal compared to an isotropic antenna. T-89s antenna is designed for transmitting devices at not more than 10W. T-89s may also cooperate with scanning devices in the bands: 136-174, 300-330, 400-480 and 900 MHz.
