SPM-33 is designed for remote operation of transmitting and receiving in a portable marine radio NC-33M. On the back of the casing is placed a clip allows pin it up to different surfaces at any angle. SPM-33 equipped with spring-loaded cable with reinforced braided.

The use of special plug with a rubber gasket also ensures watertight connection to the transceiver NC-33M.
