4-place portable aircraft intercom

IC-4 IC4PJ is a lightweight, portable aircraft intercom designed to work both with mono and stereo headphones (you can configure mixed). Compact dimensions (110 x 880 x 380 mm) and extremely low weight (359gr) makes the modelIC-4 a mobile device full sense of the word, for which we always find a bit of place in our pilot's bag. As a result, we will be prepared to fly a plane, which eg. does not have a built-in intercom permanently.

IC-4 is made of durable plastic ABS-type. Corners of the housing are also rounded to strengthen the resistance to any injuries during the operation. Also, the internal components have additional reinforcement to guarantee increased as portable befits strength.

Simple and logical placement of components on the front panel makes the operation of this device quite intuitive. All slots have been clearly described and used in accordance with the system of seats on the plane and centrally placed RADIO / PILOT / INTERCOM switch allows, if necessary to isolate the crew communication from the passenger headsets. On the panel will find also: the PTT button, two sockets stereo mini jack (IN / OUT) for connecting an external recording device, MP3 player, or eg. a mobile phone and two knobs used to adjust the volume and MUTE (squelch). Volume knob more than it has been integrated with the power switch.

IC-4 has a built-in pocket for 9V battery supply. Battery supply is sufficient for approx. 25 h continuous operation. It is also possible to connect the intercom to an external power supply (eg.
