2-place portable aircraft intercom

The IC-2PPG is a small, portable intercom designed for communication between two crew members and for signal retransmission from an on-board or portable radio. It has two permanently attached cables terminated with mXLR 6-pin plugs in the NAVCOMM standard, enabling the connection of two pairs of headsets, one mXLR 6-pin connector for a radio cable, 3.5mm Jack socket for an additional AUX signal and an alternative external power socket 3-18V . The IC-2PPG intercom also has two rotary potentiometers responsible for on-off switching and adjusting the volume levels and the SQUELCH gate threshold. The case also houses a 9V battery. The IC-2PPG intercom has been designed mainly for the communication between the pilot and the passenger on PPG tandem flights. The IC-2PPG was made in a standard that allows to maintain radio communication in the event of a power failure.

The IC2-PPG intercom is standard equipped with one radio cable terminated with a plug selected in the PLUG TYPE tab.
