nRaptor Pro - professional e-sport and gaming handset

By designing the nRaptor Pro model, we have focused on four main requirements: "indestructibility", high ambient noise reduction, clear, noiseless background communication, and accurate audio reproduction.

The exterior design of the nRaptor Pro is based on our top model of aviation headset NC-300D . It was a natural choice for us because of the first two design requirements - durability and reliability of the structure and good pasive noise reduction. There is no compromise. Most of the elements come straight from the military solution providing the highest level of mechanical resistance. Headset have a steel, chromed headband with smooth adjustment of the size, soft top and steel hinges connecting the headband with the shells.

Also, the connection cable was made on the basis of our aviation solutions. The cable has an additional steel reinforcement that increases its breaking strength (successfully withstands a load of 100kg). It was also tested for flexural strength, so we know it will withstand 30,000 bends in one place, which in practice will provide it with lifetime durability.

In addition to the standard 1.5m cable, the nRaptor Pro is also available with a spring cable - the length of which is about 1.5m. The cable's ending also has a many options. Dual 3.5mm jack plugs (for standard sound cards) and single, 4-pin plugs (for use with phones and tablets), as well as a host of other custom solutions including optional adapters.

E-sports are emotions, sweat and sometimes... an hours of turnaments. nRaptor Pro is a handset designed for long, continuous use. Our experience in the aviation industry, where long flights are the norm, has allowed us to take a serious approach to comfort od use.

Shells in the nRaptor Pro headphones are standardized with thick silicone gaskets, and we add 100% cotton material overlays. Silicone will especially appreciate those users who come to wear glasses. Semi-silicone silicone is ideally suited to the area around the ear and perfectly fills any irregularities (eg eyeglasses)

It is not accidental to choose a microphone. Classic capacitive microphones are used by most of the headphone manufacturers for good, clear communication, but only at home. When the noise level around the player grows, the legibility of his communication is decreasing. This is because capacitive microphones operate very non-directionally, "gathering" at the same level the player's speech and all the background sounds (eg keyboard beeps). Our answer to this problem was a high quality dynamic microphone. It operates in a directional manner, and its sensitivity is chosen to "gather" only the sounds that occur in close proximity to the insert.

A separate theme is a shell mount microphone system. There is also no compromise here. Our solution is mostly made of metal. Hybrid arm construction (steel wire frame hinged with goose neck) provides a very wide adjustment range, and the base that connects the arm to the shell turns by 320 degrees. This allows you to turning the headphones by sides and the locations of the cable lug on the left or right side of the head.

For the audio listening in the nRaptor Pro , we chose an speaker with 50mmof diameter , 32-ohm impedance, 20-20000Hz of bandwidth and 114dB of dynamic. Their characteristics have been selected to gently bass boost and to provide natural and selective reproduction of mid and high frequencies that are responsible for the player's sound orientation in the virtual space. This type of speaker has also been selected by our testers as the most versatile and best-in-team solution. As part of the personalization of the model, it is also possible to replace standard speaker inserts with other models.

The nRaptor Pro model has a modular design and is folded by hand based on the received specification.n. This means that it is possible to deepen its personalization, as well as quick and easy replacement of major components such as those worn out during operation - gaskets, sponges, soft trim of the headband, but also those accidentally damaged - ex. loudspeaker, microphone.
